PORTERS expedition duffel bag

The Porters expedition duffel bag is equipped with a simple carrying system designed for transporting equipment during expeditions. It is made from durable and waterproof Cordura material. The bag closes with Velcro and has additional loops sewn in to secure the opening from unauthorized access and accidental opening during transport.

We reduced its weight as much as possible, with the goal of making the bag lightweight, spacious, strong, abrasion-resistant, and as waterproof as possible.

After all modifications, we achieved a result: 120 liters of volume and 2.00 lb of weight.

We used Cordura with a special textile finish: a fabric treated with fluorocarbon for waterproofing, oil resistance, and dirt resistance. The Cordura also features a laminated coating that creates a double dispersing layer to reinforce material durability.
